Fei-lynn

Dear reader,

How nice that you've arrived at the page of the Member of Internal Affairs! I’m Fei-lynn (Fei), and this year I have the honor of serving as the Intern Member. For the past three years, I’ve been studying medicine, and now I’m taking a break for this board year. I’m originally from Leiden as well, so I’ve stayed close to home. I’ve been living in student housing for 2.5 years now, and I’ve gotten to know this beautiful city even better.

As the Member of Internal Affairs, I have four main responsibilities: committees, HePatho, LUMC, and promotion. I hold overall responsibility for all the committees and ensure that everything runs smoothly. This includes committee recruitment and applications. I’m also closely involved with our student bar, HePatho. This year, together with Wouter, I’ll be overseeing the Bar Committee and managing the maintenance of HePatho. As the name of the position suggests, I maintain contact with all the interns at LUMC. I regularly have coffee with security, catering, and ELS to keep each other updated on everything that’s happening.

Promotion has been assigned to the Member of Internal Affairs for the first time this year. I am responsible for all our social media channels and creating content. Together with Puck, I ensure that content is posted on time and that sponsors can also utilize our channels.

I’m convinced this is going to be a fun and educational year. Along with seven other fantastic board members, we’re going to make it a great time.
